Pitch · Subsecond
Twelve products that only exist because Arc settles money in under a second.
Arc named four things it wants built: the agentic economy, the intelligent account, global money, and onchain credit. Subsecond is three products in each, every one live on mainnet with no wallet needed to see it, every contract deployable from a wallet, every product with a revenue line already in its contract and a pitch of its own.
The agentic economy
- Heartbeat · AI agents that pay for their own computing from their own balance, and shut down when the money runs out. Anyone can top one up.
- Cascade · A job split into subcontracts, and sub-subcontracts, paid all at once when the whole thing is done, or refunded whole if any part fails.
- Upfront · Insurance that pays the claim the moment you file it, then checks. A false claim reverses itself.
The intelligent account
- Charter · You write the rules of a fund in plain English. They compile into limits the trading agent physically cannot break.
- Heir · A family balance that slowly passes to the people you name if you go quiet, and comes straight back when you touch your phone.
- Contest · Your idle money, auctioned between managers every minute on their posted promises. Miss the promise and the money leaves.
Global money and embedded finance
- Basket · Wages priced in what your month costs: rice, rent, fuel, school. When rice goes up, your pay goes up with it.
- Barangay · A town's own money, backed one for one by dollars, that circulates locally and slowly returns to the town if it sits still.
- Terms · Contracts with milestones. Your record of finished work follows you and earns you better terms with the next client.
Onchain credit and collateral
- Book · A company with no people has its books on chain, updated every second. A credit line is computed straight from them.
- Skim · Insurance on money in a vault, priced per second you are actually in it, paid from the yield.
- Lien · Borrow against everything you own without moving any of it. It stays staked, stays in the brokerage, stays earning.
One foundation
The twelve share four packages: a typed, non-throwing wrapper over Arc and Circle; a motion and numerals engine; a per-app identity system; and an open-state layer that makes every product real before a wallet is connected. A thirteenth product goes live in under an hour. That foundation is what a grant buys as much as any single app.
The ask
Each product carries its own draft figure on its pitch page. Together they are a portfolio for the Arc Builders Fund: one builder, twelve products, a foundation that compounds, and revenue in every contract. The first conversation decides which three to take to market first.
